Gambaran

Bepergian di kota Yogyakarta tidak lengkap jika kita tidak menginjakan kaki di kota Malioboro, Malioboro adalah jalan yang sangat terkenal di yogyakarta, karena Malioboro adalah jalan utama kota. Area jalan Malioboro selalu ramai dengan turis dari berbagai negara.

Ke Malioboro

Lokasi Malioboro tidak jauh dari stasiun tugu. Disebelah utara stasiun terdapat monumen, monumen tersebut adalah simbol dari kota “gudek“ ini. Wisatawan yang menggunakan transportasi kereta api ke yogyakarta, akan lebih mudah untuk sampai ke Pusat Perbelanjaan Malioboro. Anda juga bisa berjalan kaki atau naik becak atau naik kendaraan roda empat yang di tarik kuda yang disebut “Andong” atau “Delman”. Tapi cara yang terbaik untuk menikmati pemandangan malioboro adalah dengan berjalan kaki. Anda tidak perlu mobil untuk berkeliling malioboro. 

Berbelanja

Malioboro adalah tempat dimana orang datang untuk berbelanja. Jalan Malioboro menawarkan banyak sekali barang yang dapat anda beli dengan harga terjangkau. Berikut tipsnya:

·    Jika anda mencari beberapa batik untuk di bawa pulang, sebagai suvenir, Pasar Bringhardjo itu adalah tempat yang tepat untuk anda. Dari gaun rumahan hingga batik formal ada disini. di jalan ini terdapat semua jenis. Batik disediakan dalam berbagai macam seperti tas, taplak meja, seprai, bantal selimut, tirai, dan banyak lagi. Untuk item yang lebih eksklusif, anda dapat mengunjungi toko-toko seperti Mirota di Malioboro.

·       Selain batik, perhiasan, gantungan kunci, poster, wayang, barang-barang dekorasi seperti miniatur kendaraan dapat ditemukan di Malioboro.

·       Atau coba kue lokal? Bakpia. kue dengan banyak variasi rasa, seperti cokelat keju atau kacang kedelai. Rasanya sangat lezat, dan juga manis.

Penginapan

Jika Anda berencana untuk menghabiskan malam di Malioboro, ada begitu banyak hotel dan penginapan di jalan ini. Dan tentang anggaran, kita bisa menyesuaikannya, karena disini kamu bisa menemukan hotel dengan jenis yang berbeda, dari hotel bintang satu hingga hotel bintang lima dan kamu bisa memilih hotel mana yang ingin kamu sewa.

Pada malam hari, jalan malioboro penuh dengan tenda yang melayani semua jenis makanan lokal. Penduduk setempat menyebutnya sebagai "lesehan". Anda hanya perlu duduk, menikmati makanan Anda, menikmati kehidupan malam Malioboro dan musik jalanan. Ini adalah pengalaman yang tidak akan anda lupa.

Beberapa masakan khas lokal, termasuk:

Situs bersejarah

Setelah selesai berbelanja dan berkuliner di Malioboro, anda dapat pergi ke selatan Malioboro karena disana terdapat banyak situs sejarah keren, seperti Kepresidenan Gedung Agung Indonesia, Monumen Sebelas Maret, Istana Ngayogyakarta atau kita menyebutnya “Keraton Yogyakarta”, dan Taman Sari.

OVERVIEW

Travelling in the town of Yogyakarta is not complete if we did not set foot in Malioboro. Malioboro is the most famous street in Yogyakarta, because its the main street in town. Malioboro street area is always crowded with tourists from various countries.

GET THERE

Malioboro location is not far from Tugu Railway Station. In the north of the station there is a monument, it’s a symbol of this gudeg city. The travelers who use train to Yogyakarta, would be easier to reach Malioboro shopping center. You can also take a walk or ride a “becak” or ride a four wheel vehicles horse-drawn carts called “andong” or “delman”. But the best way to take in the sights of Malioboro is by walk. You don’t need to use a car to go around the Malioboro.

TO BUY

Malioboro is a place where people to come shop. Malioboro street over so many things to buy with affordable prices. Here’s tips:

·         If you’re looking some batik to take home, as a souvenir, Bringhardjo Market is the right place for you. From house dresses to formal batik wear, this street has them all. Batik provided in various sorts such as bags, table cloths, bed sheets, pillow covers, curtains, and many more. For more exclusive items, you can visit stores such as Mirota in Malioboro

·         Beside batik, jewelry, keychains, posters, wayang, decoration items such as transportation miniature can be found in Malioboro.

·         Or try local cookies? Bakpia. Cookies with so many flavors, such as chocolate cheese or soybean, it’s very tasty, and also sweet.

TO STAY

If you have a plan to spend a night in Malioboro, there are so many hotels and inns in this street. And about the budget, we can suit it. Because in here you can find hotels with different wide variety of rating from a one star hotel till five star hotel and you can choose what hotel you want to rent.

TO EAT

At night, the street is full with tents serving all kinds of local cuisine. Which the locals said to as "lesehan". You need to sit down, Enjoy your meal, enjoy Malioboro's nightlife and street musicians. It's an experience you won’t forget.

Some of the local specialties cuisines, include:

1. Gudeg, a Yogya speciality, and
2. (Langgi Rice), this is warm rice served with various side dishes, it’s also known as “Nasi Kucing”.

HISTORICAL SITES

After finished shopping and having culinary in Malioboro, you can go to the south of Malioboro, because there are lots of cool historical sites, such as the Gedung Agung Presidential Palace of Indonesia, March Eleven Monument, the Kingdom Ngayogyakarta or we called it “Keraton Yogyakarta”, and Taman Sari.

Why I love the English Language

"Do you like english?", If someone asking me this question, I would answer it with "Yes!", do you want to know why? For me english language is such a big thing! If you are able to speak english or at least understand what people mean when they are speaking english, then you will know the world! 

Can you imagine how if the English language never existed? Then we can't talk with people from other country unless you understand that person's language, it means you have to understand thousands of language or at least you have to study language of several countries. For this, I love english because it gives me the opportunity to communicate with a large number of people across the world.

And also the reason why I love the english language because it's the laguage of the Film and music Industries (I love western movies!) so I have to understand what they said, I like the accent, the words, and if you buy something whatever it is such as gadgets, make up, foods, drinks, and etc then you will see that the instruction uses english language. And I find it's more comfortable using english to express your feeling. The point is I can explore everything through english!

So today I want to describe myself in this lovely blog and let's start! ;)

My name is Nova Pungki Nisako, I was born on 4 November and I'm scorpion. I spend my days on the internet looking for beautiful bags or shoes or clothes from e-commerce websites, and I love to go shopping or spending time in nature. I don't really like being in a crowded place, but I like to go for a walk in tradional markets, malls, pasar kaget, etc because it's a pleasure to see people talk to another people and to see someone is happy just because they bought an ice cream, es cendol, and another simple things.

I don't have any talent, but I'm very good at not having a social life. I do have friends, but for me "friendship" doesn't exist because we live in an era where people just wants to be your friend if you are pretty, rich, smart, or at least there were something they need from you (people use people to get what they want). I'd love to talk to stranger in strange places, smile at strangers, help people, but it's not enough to make me good at social life. I just don't know how to make a conversation, I just know how to be a good listener, I can give people advice sometimes and be so quite when I'm with my friends. I'm not a good person, I get angry easily, I don't believe people, I avoid people I don't like, but if you get closer to me you'll see how romantic and sweet I am haha.

If you were wondering what my life goals is, the answer is I don't have it. I just want to be the kind of person that can help another people, and make my self happy to get what I want. Sometimes, I spend my times to read quotes but mostly it's about love and personality. I watch all kinds of movies, but I watch romance more frequently. I listen to Ariana Grande, Tulus, Raisa, Sammy Simorangkir, and Taylor Swift songs, but I still love to hear to another singer. I sing while listening to music even my voice is so terrible and you know what? it 's still entertaining! haha
